Parent Sponsoring Committee

3071 SponCom Executive Members:

President: Jasmine H.

Secretary:Elaine W.

Treasurer:Geneva D.

Are you a parent/guardian interested in the activities your cadet participates in?

Do YOU want to become more involved with our program?

If so, you are invited to attend the Parent Sponsoring Committee meetings to see what we're all about!  All meetings take place on the first Wednesday night of each month, beginning at 6:30 p.m., and last about an hour. All executive committee members are elected once per year.

The 3071 Royal Canadian Army Cadet Sponsoring Committee is a non-profit charitable organization.  It was formed to provide financial and other necessary support to the Corps and to assist its Commanding Officer wherever possible through out the training year (September-June).

The Corps Sponsoring Committee is made up of Canadian residents over the age of 18 who are interested in furthering the aims of the Corps. It performs its duties through an Executive Committee, with the help of Cadet parents.

The Army Cadet League of Canada (Saskatchewan), which is a major promoter and advocate of the Army Cadet Program in Saskatchewan, oversees the activities of the Corps Sponsoring Committee.

There is no cost to join our program, and much of it is funded by the Federal Government. There are, however, many activities that the Corps provides for our cadets which require us to participate in a few fundraising campaigns each year.

You are more than welcome to join us - the more, the merrier!

If you have any questions, please feel free to email our Sponsoring Committee Members listed above.
